By placing an order or making a booking/reservation using the website you (the user) hereby understand that an agreement have been enter by you and Absolute MMA Thailand and you agree to have read and understood the following terms and conditions fully:

• I understand that all payments made through the website and upon arrival for training and accommodation are final and are not refundable, exchangeable, transferable and no changes will be given under any circumstance.
• The membership fee provides the right to participate in classes as per your membership type and access to the venue during Absolute MMA’s operating hours. Membership fees are for the right to access – not for actual participation.
• The accommodation listed on the website are subject to availability. Absolute MMA reserves the right to to put you in different accommodation of comparable quality within similar distance from the gym. Once accommodation is booked and removed from availability to other customers there is no refund allowed.
• Martial arts training is a potentially dangerous activity. Before beginning any martial arts training or exercise program, you should first consult your physician. Bumps, bruises, scrapes, scratches and soreness are commonplace, and most students will encounter this sort of minor injury from time to time in their training. More serious injuries are possible, including sprains, strains, twists, cramps, and injuries of similar magnitude, and students can expect to encounter these injuries infrequently. The possibility of more serious injury exists, including fractured bones, broken bones, and torn ligaments, though not all students encounter such serious injuries. As with any physical activity, there also exists the remote possibility of crippling or death. By signing this, you are affirming that you understand the above statement of risk, and accept the responsibility for any training techniques, advice, and/or methodologies mentioned herein. You assume responsibility for your own safety, understanding and accepting all risks involved with martial arts training. By assuming this risk, you completely absolve all authors, creators, and affiliates of this club from liability for any injury, death or misuse of the information contained herein.
